Here we are in the middle of summer. As we fan ourselves and complain about the humidity, if we think of mid January in Northwest Indiana maybe these days will become more bearable.
At Catholic Charities, we are also thinking and thanking God for the great generosity of all those parishioners who answered in tangible ways our Fathers’ Day Appeal. A number of parishes were visited by staff, board members, and friends to tell the stories of Catholic Charities. Our gratitude to the parishioners who responded through their prayers and contributions to the material and spiritual needs of the many individuals and families we see every day.
